We began creating gluten free entrees over eight years ago, before most people even knew they were sensitive to wheat and gluten (many still don't.) Our guests were so grateful that they (or their children) could go out and eat pancakes we were inspired to do more.
~ All of our homemade soups, salad dressings and sauces are gluten free
~ We offer gluten free english muffins and bread substitutions, which makes most of our entrees available.
~ We make amazing gluten free Blue Corn and Sweet Potato pancakes, sweet berry crepes and savory chicken or spinach crepes, as well as a creamy hot rice cereal with maple syrup, coconut and pecans.
